1. Voucher Expiry:
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the restaurant.

2. Refund Policy:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
After 14 days, vouchers are non-refundable.

3. Booking Requirements:
Reservations are required for voucher redemption and are subject to availability.
Please contact the restaurant in advance to make a booking.

4. Redemption:
Vouchers must be presented or mentioned at the time of booking and when you arrive at the restaurant.
Lost or stolen vouchers can be re-issued, but only on the production of proof of purchase.

5. Date and Time Restrictions:
Vouchers can be redeemed at any time during regular opening times.

6. Use of Voucher:
Vouchers can only be used as part or full payment toward a restaurant bill. They cannot be used for any other purpose or transaction.
Vouchers are not transferable for cash and cannot be resold.

7. Discretion of the Restaurant:
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher if it suspects fraudulent activity or violation of terms.

8. Changes and Cancellations:
The restaurant reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of vouchers at its discretion.
In the event that the restaurant cancels a booking, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

9. Liability:
The restaurant is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.
The restaurant is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
