Front of House

(part-time & full-time opportunities)

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Reporting to and assisting the restaurant owners, you will welcome guests on their arrival, take and manage enquiries/bookings/take payments, and support the bar team as required.

Part-time hours: This role requires approx. 20 hours per week (includes weekend days & bank holidays)
Full-time hours: This role requires approx. 45 hours per week (includes weekend days & bank holidays)

Salary: Above minimum wage and negotiable depending on experience
Start date: Immediate start

Job requirements:
­Applicants must be age 16+ (over 18 for Barista positions)
­Experience in a similar environment beneficial but not essential – willingness to learn
­Passionate about customer service
­Excellent communicator
­A good team worker as well as the ability to work on own initiative

Commis Chef

(part-time & full-time opportunities)

Working under restaurant owner and Chef Maurizio, you will support with food preparation, cooking tasks and delivery of dishes. As well as cleaning of food preparation areas. A perfect role for anyone wanting to learn and progress.

Part-time hours: This role requires approx. 20 hours per week (includes weekend days & bank holidays)
Full-time hours: This role requires approx. 45 hours per week (includes weekend days & bank holidays)

Salary: Above minimum wage and negotiable depending on experience
Start date: Immediate start

Kitchen Porter

(part-time)

Working under restaurant owner and Chef Maurizio, you will support with washing dishes, keeping food preparation and floor areas clean. As well as occasionally helping with food preparation. If you would enjoy the buzz of a busy working kitchen, at an award-winning restaurant, we’d like to hear from you.

Bartender/Barista

(part-time & weekend opportunities)

You will be responsible for managing the bar/barista area and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Welcoming guests on arrival and taking orders for drinks. Taking payments and dealing with/answering telephone enquiries.
Under guidance and instruction from the restaurant owner, you will be responsible for preparing drinks and coffees from the menu. Keeping the bar area/wine cellar clean and organized, ensuring that the bar is fully stocked.

Part-time hours: This role requires approx. 20 hours per week (includes weekend days & bank holidays)

Salary: Above minimum wage and negotiable depending on experience
Start date: Immediate start

Job requirements:
­Applicants must be age 18+
­Experience in a similar environment beneficial but not essential – willingness to learn
­A knowledge of wine (and coffee) is helpful but not essential as training will be provided
